Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the good, the bad and everything between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one and a half. Without my parents' love of dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my journey. In order to give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. My plan of life was as follows: I'd attend university, find an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to teach me what it meant to be successful. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and status were good but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was spending my time. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I realized that I was a personal trainer and the career path I was looking for. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping them. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014 I began my own business. Since I am a Asian female working in the field, there are a many of us. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their targets. Additionally, I would like others to be empowered to follow their dreams and achieve anything they desire throughout their lives. As my career was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my lifein the death of my mom. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart at all times. If you don't realize it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly need. There are many ways that my mom's death has changed my life. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. She died in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I got my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. My goal in telling my story is to show you that, you are not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be normal. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
