Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and comedian. She was best known for having been a regular participant of the sketch comedy program on NBC's Saturday Night Live between 1996 between 1996 and 2002. Since then, she has appeared on sitcoms, including ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as in the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer started her career in Northwestern University. She initially was studying voice, but switched to acting when she became involved with the improv comedy group on campus. Her enthusiasm for comedy influenced her through various roles, such as the submissive Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the odd Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. All of this has led to American Auto.
